Refund Policy

Overview

At Streamora, we strive to provide exceptional service and results for every artist we work with. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we've created this refund policy to be fair to both parties.

Campaign-Based Services

Before Campaign Start: If you request a refund before we've begun work on your campaign (typically within 48 hours of purchase), you're eligible for a full refund.

After Campaign Start: Once we've begun playlist submissions, outreach, or any promotional activities, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be offered based on work completed.

Campaign Completion: No refunds are available for completed campaigns. Results from music promotion vary and are influenced by many factors beyond our control.

Monthly Subscriptions

First 7 Days: New monthly subscribers may request a full refund within the first 7 days if no promotional work has been initiated.

After 7 Days: No refunds for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 7 days notice before your next billing cycle.

Cancellation: Cancelled subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed campaigns regardless of results
  • Services where promotional work has been substantially performed
  • Custom packages and one-time consultation fees
  • Services terminated due to violation of our terms of service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at alfiehenry734@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number and artist name
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Allow 3-5 business days for us to review and respond

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
